Pacific Edge's Chief Executive Dr Peter Meintjes says: “Willy is joining the company at an important stage in its development. With the company expecting Novitas to finalize Medicare coverage policy for Triage and Triage Plus before the end of the year, we are making selective investments today that enable our commercial team to be more effective and efficient.
“Our highest priority is to develop a commercial team that is focused and disciplined. The most-immediate benefits come from enabling our existing team with digital systems that improve our customer experience with EMR integrations, end-to-end customer service digitalization, digitalizing the administrative requests for patient records needed for reliable reimbursement and providing the scalable customer-centric business systems that underpin our operations.”
Mr Iglesias brings more than two decades of technology, digital transformation and executive leadership experience across healthcare, government, education and multinational technology organizations. His appointment supports Pacific Edge’s strategy to use digital transformation as an enabler of commercial growth and customer experience.
Mr Iglesias said: “Pacific Edge has assembled a rare combination of patented, non-invasive tests, strong clinical evidence addressing a clear unmet need, and is targeting a substantial global opportunity. I see a clear role for digital and AI in helping translate that strength into scalable growth by making Cxbladder easier to adopt, integrate and use within clinical workflows. Done well, that improves the customer experience, supports more efficient commercial execution and embeds Cxbladder more deeply into everyday clinical practice. I am looking forward to partnering with Peter and the team as Pacific Edge enters its next phase of growth.”
